Service Description

GemLab Australia offer a gemstone identification session, this can take time so you must be willing to invest the time it takes. Some gemstones are quickly identified and others are much more difficult and take a lot more extensive testing. Turn around time on such testing can be up to two weeks, please ask ahead of time before booking a place for your gemstone identification. If you have multiple gemstones please also ask for booking times. Gemstones need to be dropped at the office or sent via registered/insured post and accompanied with a return registered & insured post parcel.
